AI-Assisted Creation

Our service uses AI-assisted video generation together with manual quality review.

Generative results may vary depending on the source photo, image quality, pose, lighting, composition, and requested scene.

We aim to preserve important details such as identity, apparent age, clothing, accessories, background, pet markings, and the overall character of the original image.

However, no AI-generated process can guarantee a perfectly exact or completely error-free result.

Orders

You are responsible for providing suitable source photos and accurate order information.

We may request a replacement photo or additional clarification if necessary to complete your order.

Delivery

Meet Your products are personalized digital services.

No physical product is shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Most orders are delivered digitally within 1–2 business days after we receive usable source photos and any required instructions.

Revisions and Refunds

Each order includes one complimentary revision for a clear generation issue.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Revision Policy and applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our service or completed videos for:

• fraud
• unlawful impersonation
• harassment
• defamation
