Clear photos with visible, unobstructed faces work best. Old, faded, black-and-white, and color photos are all welcome. If a photo is too difficult to use reliably, we may ask you for a clearer replacement.
How do I send my photos?
Upload your photo or photos directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered digitally within 1–2 business days after we receive usable source photos and any required instructions.
Can I add special instructions?
Yes. Each product includes an optional notes field. Use it for anything important you want us to preserve or avoid.
What if the result has an obvious AI issue?
Each order includes one complimentary revision for a clear generation issue such as obvious face distortion, incorrect identity, major anatomy problems, or an incomplete requested outcome.
Will my photo be used publicly?
We do not publish customer photos or finished videos in public marketing without separate permission from you.
Is anything physically shipped?
No. Meet Your is a personalized digital service. Your finished video is delivered digitally.
Can every photo be animated successfully?
No. Results depend on image quality, pose, visibility, and the people or pets shown. If we believe a source photo is unlikely to produce a reliable result, we may ask for another photo.
