Refund & Revision Policy

Meet Your creates personalized digital memory videos from customer-supplied photos. Because each order is made specifically for you, it cannot be returned like a physical product.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Once production has started, or once the completed video has been delivered, refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind requests, except where required by applicable law.

Complimentary Revision

Each order includes one complimentary revision for a clear generation issue, such as:

• obvious face distortion
• incorrect identity
• major anatomy problems
• significant loss of important photo details
• failure to complete the intended action or scene

A revision does not include changing to a completely different creative direction, replacing the original source photo with a new photo, or requesting something that was not included in the original order instructions. These changes may require a new order.

Photo Quality

The quality of the final result depends on the source photo.

If the submitted photo is not suitable for a reliable result, we may ask you to provide a clearer or more suitable replacement photo.

If we are unable to produce an acceptable result after reasonable attempts, we will contact you about the available resolution, which may include cancellation and a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
